JCM and FIBA ImmoHyp Join Forces in Financing

Jähring Capital Management GmbH (JCM) and FIBA ImmoHyp GmbH entered into a new cooperation effective 1 August 2026.

As part of the cooperation, JCM, in partnership with FIBA ImmoHyp, advises on and arranges residential and commercial financing throughout Germany.

Since 1 August 2026, the arrangement of residential and commercial financing in Germany takes place exclusively in cooperation with FIBA ImmoHyp GmbH. International financing and refinancing mandates continue to be handled by JCM directly.

The cooperation combines JCM’s extensive international experience in structuring and executing financing and real estate transactions with FIBA’s established processes and comprehensive network of banking and financing partners.

Private homebuilders, property buyers and owners will benefit from the cooperation, as will companies, investors and property developers. The objective is to support clients throughout the entire financing process — from the initial analysis and professional structuring of a transaction through to identifying and implementing the most suitable financing solution — with a personal, reliable and solution-oriented approach.
